About Potts Strategies

Our backgrounds are in Business Management and Marketing: Nathan at the University of Sussex, and James at the University of Exeter, a Russell Group university. We wanted to take what we were learning beyond the lecture theatre, so we started by founding and growing our own business. That gave us first-hand experience of the challenges that come with building a brand, attracting customers and competing online.

Since then, we've worked together in the marketing team of a family-run luxury villa rental company and gained experience across multiple industries. Along the way, we developed a particular passion for SEO and digital strategy: understanding what makes businesses visible online and, more importantly, turning that visibility into real enquiries.

We're still at the beginning of our journey, and that's something we embrace. We're ambitious, curious and obsessed with getting better at what we do. Potts Strategies was built around a simple idea: use smart, focused marketing to help good local businesses in Chichester and across West Sussex grow.
